Rachel Seaman, a former Fleming College student surpassed the Canadian Record and the Olympic Standard with her 1 hour 33:05 standard in Hamburg, Germany, gaining her a spot in the 2012 London Games.
Rachel competed on the Fleming Knights Cross Country team from 2005 – 2007, where she received the individual bronze medal at the Canadian Championships in 2006 and a silver medal with the OCAA team in the 2007 Canadian Championships.
We are very proud of how far Rachel has come and wish her all the best at her Olympic event on August 11, 2012.

Hello Fleming College students,
Please note that Fall 2011/Winter 2012 term access to the Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre for full-time students will end on April 30, 2012. If you are not enrolled in full-time studies during the summer term, you do not have access to the Wellness Centre facilities, however a student membership is available for purchase at the Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre front desk.
Full-time Spring and Summer term students will have access to the Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre as of May 1, 2012 until August 31, 2012. Fall 2012 full-time students will have membership access to the Centre as of September 1, 2012 through to April 30, 2013.

Any Male players interested in playing on the Fleming Basketball team, and attending the Open house on April 14 are welcome to participate in an on court session.
